1. GRANT
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
  (a) download, view, and run the Software;
  (b) modify the Software for your own personal use.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
  (a) distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make available
      the Software, in source or compiled form, to any third party;
  (b) distribute, publish, or make available any modified version of the
      Software, or any work derived from it, to any third party;
  (c) use the Software or any modified version for commercial purposes;
  (d) remove or alter this license or copyright notices.

3. GITHUB
This Software is hosted on GitHub. GitHub's Terms of Service allow
users to view and fork public repositories within GitHub. Such forks
may be used only in accordance with this license. Forking does not grant
any right to redistribute the Software or any modified version beyond
what this license permits, and forks may be used only for personal use.

4. CONTRIBUTIONS
If you submit changes to the Licensor (e.g. a pull request), you grant the
Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and
distribute your contribution as part of the Software under any terms.

5. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights not
expressly granted here.

6. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
On termination you must delete all copies of the Software and any
modified versions.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF
